30-Day Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Shipping fee is non refundable.
How to Return: Contact support@offscriptstore.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns must be shipped using a trackable method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
International Returns: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, but replacements may be resent at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 14 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged; photo evidence may be required.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
Refund Coverage: Refunds include the item price and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Order Changes: Customers have 2 hours after placing an order to request product changes by contacting customer support.
Items Tryouts: It is the customer's responsibility to return items on their own cost if they have order multiples sizes of one items.
