配送ポリシー

Shipping Destinations: We ship internationally, with some country exceptions. Shipping times and fees vary by destination.
Shipping Time:
- Domestic: 4–8 business days
- International: 4–15 business days
  Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (may be longer during peak periods). Shipping fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once the order ships.
Delays: Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, carriers).
Extended Delays: If delivery exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated range, customers may contact support for full compensation, even if the order is later delivered.
Second Delivery Attempt: Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees if a second attempt is required.
Changes to Order or Address: Customers have 2 hours after ordering to request changes by contacting support.
Incorrect Shipping Information: We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses; additional fees may apply.
